### Everything you actually need

The features LiveWall charges kr 250–650 for are the core of Knipsmig — and they're all free.

#### Live photo wall for big screens

Hook up a TV or projector and watch guest photos appear in real time. Auto-advancing slideshow with smooth transitions.

LiveWall's Live Slideshow is a paid feature. On Knipsmig it's included free on every event.

#### Unlimited video uploads

Guests upload videos alongside photos — speeches, first dances, candid moments. MP4, WebM, MOV, up to 5 GB per file.

LiveWall locks video behind the kr 450 Premium plan and caps clips at 10 minutes. Knipsmig doesn't.

#### No guest cap

Wedding with 80 guests or conference with 2,000 — every Knipsmig event handles unlimited guests and uploads.

LiveWall caps every standard plan at 500 guests and moves bigger events to professional pricing.

#### Keep your photos forever

LiveWall stores photos for 1 year from your event — then deletes them, even on the kr 650 Signature plan.

Knipsmig's one-time $89 lifetime upgrade keeps every photo and video permanently. No expiration, ever.

### The real cost over multiple events

LiveWall's payment is one-time — but per wall. Host more than one event and it adds up.

| Scenario | Knipsmig | LiveWall (Premium) |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 1 wedding with videos | kr 0 | kr 450 |
| 1 wedding + 1 birthday | kr 0 | kr 900 |
| 3 events per year | kr 0 | kr 1,350 |
| Photos still there in 5 years | $89 once | Not possible — deleted after 1 year |

LiveWall pricing from livewall.no as of August 2026 (kr 250 Plus / kr 450 Premium / kr 650 Signature, one-time per wall). Signature includes unlimited walls, but each still expires after 1 year of storage.

### Common questions

#### Is LiveWall free to use?

Only as a trial. The free version holds 10 photos for 24 hours, or 100 photos for 7 days if you register your email. For a real event you need Plus (kr 250), Premium (kr 450) or Signature (kr 650) — one-time payments, per wall. Knipsmig's free plan is the full product: unlimited photos, videos and guests.

#### Does Knipsmig have a live photo wall like LiveWall?

Yes! Knipsmig includes a built-in live slideshow for TVs and projectors. Photos appear in real time as guests upload them, with auto-advancing transitions. LiveWall only includes its slideshow on paid plans — on Knipsmig it's free on every event.

#### What about video uploads?

On LiveWall, video requires the kr 450 Premium plan, capped at 10 minutes per clip (30 minutes on Signature). On Knipsmig, unlimited video uploads are free — MP4, WebM and MOV, up to 5 GB per file — so speeches and first dances make it into the album without an upgrade.

#### How long do photos stay compared to LiveWall?

LiveWall stores photos for 1 year from your event start — on every plan, including kr 650 Signature — and then deletes them. Knipsmig's free plan stores events for 1 month, plenty of time to download everything as a ZIP. The one-time $89 lifetime upgrade keeps your photos forever.

#### Does Knipsmig have a guest limit?

No. LiveWall caps every standard plan at 500 guests and refers larger events to professional pricing. Knipsmig has no guest limit on any plan — 80-person weddings and 2,000-person conferences work the same way.

#### Does Knipsmig work in Norwegian?

Yes. The guest pages — album, live slideshow and photo booth — are available in 14 languages including Norwegian, Swedish and Turkish, auto-detected from each guest's phone. Grandma uploads in Norwegian while international guests see English, at the same event. You can also pin one language for everyone. LiveWall doesn't document any language options; its site is in English.

#### Is Knipsmig GDPR compliant like LiveWall?

Yes. Knipsmig runs on EU data centers and is GDPR compliant. Guests upload straight from the browser — no account, no app download, no personal data required. The same privacy posture LiveWall advertises, without the per-wall price.
