Upgrading to the advanced add-on unlocks themed frame overlays (like Polaroid, wedding, and party styles), customizable countdowns, play sound effects, and guest instant-save QR codes on the review screen.

#### How does the voice guestbook work?

On Keepsake and Unlimited events, guests can tap "Leave a voice message" in your event gallery and record a spoken greeting of up to 3 minutes — right in the browser, no app or account needed. Messages appear in your gallery alongside photos, ready to play back or download, and each one is automatically transcribed so you can read along. It's on by default for paid events, and you can switch it off anytime in your gallery settings.

#### Can guests download all the photos too?

Yes! On Keepsake and Unlimited events, up to 5 guests can download the entire event as a ZIP file for free. After those downloads are used, guests can still get the full archive for $9.99. Single-file downloads remain free whenever the host allows them.

#### What file types are supported?

Images: JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP, HEIC, HEIF. Videos: MP4, WebM, MOV. Files up to 5GB each. Both photos and videos are supported on all plans.
