If you ended up not using Knipsmig at your event — for whatever reason — we'll give you your money back. No questions asked.

### Keep forever & lifetime access

Both the single-event keep forever ($29) and the unlimited lifetime access ($89) come with a full money-back guarantee.

Event got cancelled? Plans changed? Just didn't end up using Knipsmig? Reach out and we'll refund you — no hoops, no forms, no waiting period.

However, if you've already collected memories and downloaded your photos, we consider that a successful event. At that point the service has been delivered as promised.

### Guest downloads

Guest download purchases ($9.99) are refundable if the download link was never used. Once the ZIP file has been downloaded, the purchase is considered fulfilled.

### Photo books and magazines

This refund policy does not apply to photo books or magazines, since they are custom made for each specific event.

### Chip-in contributions

Chip-in contributions are voluntary payments to help a host keep their event. If the event was never kept or something went wrong, reach out and we'll sort it out.

### How to request a refund

Just send us a message through the [contact page](https://knipsmig.com/contact). Include the email you used at checkout and we'll take care of it. Most refunds are processed within a few business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.

Happy customers mean everything to us. We'd rather give you your money back and have you remember Knipsmig fondly than hold onto a payment that doesn't feel right. If you ever feel unsure about a purchase, just reach out — we'll make it right.
