How do I share the QR code with guests?
The platform provides a downloadable QR code that you can print on table cards, signs, programs, or your wedding website. Many couples put QR codes on each table with a fun sign like "Scan to Share Your Photos!" You can also share the direct link via text or email.
Can I use this alongside my wedding photographer?
Absolutely! Your photographer captures the professional posed shots, while Knipsmig helps you collect all the candid, behind-the-scenes moments from guests. Your photographer handles the formal shots. Guests catch the moments in between.
Are the photos private?
Yes, completely private. Only people with your unique event link can view and upload photos. Your wedding album isn't searchable or public. You're in full control of who sees your photos.
How many photos can guests upload?
Unlimited! There's no limit on photos or videos per person or per event. Upload as much as you want - it's all included free. Events are automatically deleted after 1 month, or upgrade to our lifetime plan for permanent storage per event.
Can I download all the photos?
Yes! You can download all wedding photos with one click after your event. A zip file with all full-resolution images is provided. Save them to your computer, cloud storage, or share with your photographer for editing.
What if someone uploads an inappropriate photo?
You have full control. You can delete any photo from your dashboard at any time, or enable pre-moderation (host approval) to review and approve photos before they appear in the gallery. In our experience with hundreds of weddings, guests are respectful - but you always have the final say over what stays in your album.
