Both the single-event keep forever ($29) and the unlimited lifetime access ($89) come with a full money-back guarantee.

Event got cancelled? Plans changed? Just didn't end up using Knipsmig? Reach out and we'll refund you — no hoops, no forms, no waiting period.

However, if you've already collected memories and downloaded your photos, we consider that a successful event. At that point the service has been delivered as promised.

Guest downloads

Guest download purchases ($4.99) are refundable if the download link was never used. Once the ZIP file has been downloaded, the purchase is considered fulfilled.

Chip-in contributions

Chip-in contributions are voluntary payments to help a host keep their event. If the event was never kept or something went wrong, reach out and we'll sort it out.

How to request a refund

Just send us a message through the contact page. Include the email you used at checkout and we'll take care of it. Most refunds are processed within a few business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
